Introverts in the Church: Finding our Place in an Extroverted Culture (IVP Books, 2009)

In this well-research book, Adam McHugh speaks to the minds and souls of all of the introverts among us. According to McHugh, over half of the population has a significant degree of introversion. He explains the value of the roles of the introvert and the extrovert. He admonishes church leaders to take into account that the voices of the introverted must be heard — even if you have to wait just a while longer. This is a wonderful read — at least for an introvert like me.
