It’s all about timing. It’s always time.

Time and action don't always work together.

You know the feeling. Your group of friends is in rapid, heavy conversation about the topic of the day. You have the perfect bit of wisdom to insert. And then the moment passes. It’s all about timing.

And you missed it.

You found yourself with a little extra cash. The perfect opportunity came to purchase that tool you have needed for your business or your hobby. Then the sale ended or the inventory was depleted. And no rain checks.

You meant to say something to him or to her. Just to let it be known that you were there for them. But you were distracted. The moment passed. And now you fear that saying something will just emphasize that you weren’t there in the moment.

It’s all about timing. Or is it?

Some of the most gifted healers of the heart are those who say nothing. Instead of relying on timing, they lean toward consistency. Their action speaks louder than words — even when that action is sitting quietly. Listening. Crying alongside.

You have time to do that. And if you will use it, timing doesn’t matter.
